Orders may be placed only by an adult aged 18 or older. The purchaser confirms they are authorized to provide the approved details and any media used in a game. Information or images concerning another child require appropriate guardian permission.
Original worlds only
Big Day Arcade does not recreate, imitate, or use unlicensed characters, logos, music, voices, stories, or game assets. We may capture broad interests such as racing, exploration, animals, magic, or space using an original world and original characters.
Package scope
Each package includes only the playtime range, number of levels, personalization fields, revision allowance, hosting term, and supported devices shown before checkout and repeated at checkout. “Personalized” means configuration and artist-finished adaptation of a proven game style. A new mechanic or open-ended custom concept is separately quoted as One of a Kind work.
Approvals and delivery timing
The production clock begins after payment, a complete adult brief, and approval of the Game Card. Delayed answers or approvals move the estimate. Rush delivery is sold only when a confirmed slot exists.
Revisions, corrections, and bugs
We correct facts we transcribed incorrectly and repair reproducible bugs without using a creative revision. A creative revision changes an approved visual or story choice. Requests outside the package or after final approval may require a new quote.
Big-Day Delivery Promise
If the purchaser completes the required brief and approvals on time and Big Day Arcade misses the committed date for a reason within our control, the purchaser may choose a full refund or a free package upgrade.
Playable Promise
If the approved game does not run on the devices explicitly listed at checkout and we cannot repair it before the committed event date, the purchase is refundable. Browser, network, casting, or device behavior outside the listed support surface is not guaranteed.
Custom-product refunds
Before Game Card approval, a paid order may be canceled for a full refund. After approval and production, refunds are limited to missed delivery or an unresolved covered defect. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Hosting and deletion
Standard packages include 12 months of private game hosting. Renewal is optional and never automatic unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise and the adult affirmatively accepts it. The adult purchaser may request early deletion.
